After a known incident in the country's energy system, in order to safeguard and modernize this area, an important component of complex reforms is strengthening the qualified staff potential, therefore relevant steps are taken on the basis of conceptual approach in this direction.

According to preliminary assessments, close ties with higher education institutions will be started in the near future in order to make efficient use of human resources and to form a qualified personnel base.

At the same time short-term industrial courses and training seminars will be organized for recruited young professionals. At present, the process of completing the energy system with knowledgeable and skilled engineers-energetics, electrical engineer and electrician positions has started.
