Damaging of the steals on the up and down covers of the meters, breaking of the view glasses and other indispositions were observed during carried out spot – checks in the line of checking violations of rule of electric power. The situations like this were prevented in time by the collaborators of Imishli, Beylagan, Kurdamir and Aghjabadi DEN as in other DENs and the corresponding measures are carried out in the line of these consumers.
According to the information given by Imishli DEN to the Press-release of “Azerenergy”  JSC, facts of violations of rule of electric power of  995 consumers were discovered in the service territory of the enterprise. The corresponding  statements  were drawn up  against discovered violations of rule and use value of more than 3 million kWh loss electric power was restored. Some part of this sum was repaid as a result of carried out of the corresponding measures and the corresponding measures are carried out in the line of repaying of the remainder sum. By the way, 78 statements were drawn up in November of 2009, use value of more than 11 000 manat of about 183,7 000 kWh loss electric power was restored.   Some part of this sum was repaid.
Under the information given by Beylagan DEN, the defects were observed in the meter account complete of 386 consumers and use value of more than 909 000 kWh loss electric power was restored, during carried out spot – checks,  during 11 months of 2009. More than 70 % of this sum  was repaid as a result of carried out of the corresponding measures and the corresponding measures are carried out in the line of repaying of the remainder sum. By the way, 13 analogical facts were discovered and use value of about 2,8 000 manat of about 46,4 000 kWh loss electric power was restored in November of  2009. More than 45 % of this sum was repaid.
Under the information given by Kurdamir DEN,  facts of violations of rule of electric power of  42 consumers were discovered and use value of about 199,2 000 kWh loss electric power during carried out spot – checks in November of 2009. More than 35 % of this sum was repaid. In general, 429  violations of rule were discovered in the service territory of the enterprise, during 11 months of 2009 and use value of more than 1,5 million kWh loss electric power was repaid. More than 52 % of this sum was repaid and the corresponding measures are carried out in the line of carrying out of the remainder sum.
51 violations of rule were discovered and the corresponding statements  were drawn up in Aghjabadi DEN, during carried out spot – checks, in November of 2009. As a result of it, more than 48,7 000 manat use value of about 812 000 kWh loss electric power was restored. About 45 %  of this sum was repaid. In general, more than 630 violations of rule facts were discovered there and use value of more than 6 million kWh loss electric power was restored  during 11 months of 2009. More than 40 % of this sum  was repaid and the corresponding measures are carried out in the line of repaying of the remainder sum.
