Reconstruction work at energy system is rapidly continued. This process is clearly observed in technical development of high voltaged electric networks. The most important work is carried out in the line of supplying of stability of energy system and transmission of quality electric power to the consumers.

According to the information given to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, at present, construction work of “Zabrat” and “Boyuk Shor” s/s by 220 kV connected Sumgait, Shimal and Janub, Boyuk Shor power plants are continued in order to supply the consumers of Baku and Absheron peninsula with quality electric power. Construction work of Janub PP – Sangachal s/s - Boyuk Shor s/s, Absheron s/s - Boyuk Shor s/s, Zabrat s/s – Shimal – Sanaye qovshaghi – Sumgait PP, Hovsan  - Shimal PP TL are started.

Lets` noted that, important measures are implemented in the line of reconstruction work. Construction of 2 new transformers by 80 MVA at Kimyachilar s/s by 110 kV, the III auto transformers by 250 MVA  at Musfvig s/s by 220 kV are carried out. Construction of Sangachal – Mushfig  TL by 110 kV at Musfvig s/s for improving of energy support of Sebail, Nesimi and Yasamal regions are going to be over.

Lets` also noted that, renewing process of the III and IV Absheron OHL by 330 kV was finished last year. At present, reconstruction work of the I and II Mingachevir TL by 220 kV are continued. Beside all of them, construction work of Aghdash OHL by 220 kV and Goranboy – Imishli OHL by 330 kV is begun at Goranboy.

By the way, electric equipments were substituted with new ones at Hovsan, the VIII km, Zigh, Sangachal, Sanaye qovshaghi, Sabirabad, Aghsu and at other s/s  in order to improve exploitation level of s/s. Analogical reconstruction work was implemented at s/s  number 183, Sitalchay, Masalli and at Imishli s/s.
